Responsible for taking Aeon-R engine designs to production, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring performance and reliability in propulsion hardware development.

Lead end-to-end manufacturing for combustion device hardware, develop and implement production processes, drive process improvements and scalability, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (additive, machine shop, supply chain, design), ensure on-time delivery, and support transition from development to production.

Design, build, and operate pressurized cryogenic, pneumatic, and hydraulic test systems for rocket testing. Develop and manage data/control systems, create and maintain test plans, troubleshoot reliability issues, and ensure safe test operations. Provide technical guidance and hazard mitigation to engineering teams.

Own mechanized assemblies from design release through test and vehicle integration. Drive build/test flow, mBOM, work orders, and specifications. Develop processes, tooling, and shop floor operations; support production, resolve manufacturing discrepancies, lead root cause analysis, and mentor other manufacturing engineers.

As a Propulsion Design Engineer II, you will design, analyze, and develop flow control devices for rockets, involving thermal and structural studies and test planning.

Lead a squad building factory and launch platform software: manage engineers, own architecture and full SDLC, ship code, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor and hire, and uphold engineering standards for production systems.

Lead development and integration of full-vehicle simulations and software tooling to optimize launch and orbital trajectories, perform multidisciplinary trade studies, define vehicle and trajectory requirements, and drive cross-functional collaboration to inform vehicle design and operations.

Perform multidisciplinary vehicle and mission-level analyses, build and maintain simulation and optimization tools, integrate design data into full mission simulations, lead trade studies and requirements definition, and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to inform vehicle, trajectory, and operations decisions.

Lead multidisciplinary analyses and optimization for Terran R by integrating design data into end-to-end mission simulations, developing and maintaining simulation and analysis tooling, driving design trade studies, defining vehicle and trajectory requirements, and leading cross-functional collaboration to inform vehicle and mission decisions.

Develop and maintain full-vehicle and mission simulations, integrate design data, optimize launch and orbital trajectories, lead multidisciplinary trade analyses, define trajectory and vehicle requirements, and build software tooling to support vehicle engineering and cross-functional collaboration.
