Research intern supporting next-generation memory and system architecture development for AI and datacenter workloads. Responsibilities include characterizing AI training and inference workloads, building analytical and simulation performance models, evaluating memory and integration technologies, validating models against reference data, and producing performance, efficiency, and cost analyses. The intern will document findings, contribute to technical reports and invention disclosures, and help quantify architectural tradeoffs for future memory products.
