Provides hands-on engineering support for production operations, initially in Pick/Pack, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and labor targets. Owns standard work, labor standards, visual controls, process flow, ergonomics, and material presentation. Leads continuous improvement and 6S initiatives, reduces defects and rework through root-cause analysis and error prevention, and collaborates with Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHSS, and Facilities. Cross-trains across production areas and supports both daily execution and longer-term improvements.
