Identify at-risk accounts, resolve concerns, train users, deliver presentations and demos, create educational content, gather feedback, analyze customer engagement, and share product recommendations cross-functionally. The role also supports process improvements and collaborates with Customer Experience, Sales and Growth, and Engineering teams.

Design and manage programs that increase veterinary clinic engagement, platform adoption, and retention. Responsibilities include community initiatives, seminars, webinars, educational resources, re-engagement plans, account health monitoring, dashboard development, customer feedback, and data-driven business reviews. The role combines scalable program management with direct clinic communication and cross-functional product collaboration.

Lead and develop a customer support team by managing onboarding, training, performance measurement, hiring, and support best practices. Serve as the voice of customer experience, collaborate cross-functionally on feature requests and process improvements, and streamline communication with vendors and partners.
