Leads enterprise architecture and solution design for strategic customer accounts across cloud, networking, compute, storage, AI, virtualization, and managed services. Develops proposals, value propositions, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and scalable technical designs. Partners with sales and account teams to drive pipeline growth, customer relationships, forecasting, and deal closure. Provides technical strategy, competitive analysis, account planning, partner coordination, and executive-level presentations.

Leads onsite operations for a federal customer, serving as the primary escalation point for technical and customer issues. Performs hands-on troubleshooting and replacement of HPE ProLiant servers and high-performance storage systems. Manages hardware support cases from creation through resolution, coordinates engineering support, reviews service-level agreements, tracks parts and inventory, and provides site coverage. The role includes customer meetings, team collaboration, mentoring, on-call rotations, and work outside standard hours as needed.
