Leads Crunchyroll’s company-wide strategic planning and high-priority cross-functional initiatives. Translates complex issues into clear priorities, narratives, business cases, and decision frameworks; prepares executive and board materials; aligns senior stakeholders; identifies risks and opportunities; and supports the President and Chief of Staff in driving enterprise execution.

Lead long-term SVOD strategy and operating rhythm for Crunchyroll's subscription business. Maintain TAM and fan segmentation models, monitor competitive trends, build regional playbooks, run territory deep dives, and develop business cases for membership benefits. Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Product, and BD to align priorities and present insights to senior leaders.
