This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Develop and customize Zoho Campaigns, Zoho SalesIQ, and Zoho Marketing Automation to align with our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other internal systems and third-party applications to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
  • Customization: Create and maintain custom modules, workflows, and automation rules within Zoho applications to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for Zoho applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, integrations, and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Zoho updates and features, and proactively suggest improvements and new functionalities to enhance our systems.


Requirements
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other Zoho products and platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation best practices.
  • Certification in Zoho applications is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in Zoho development, with a strong focus on Zoho Campaigns, Zoho SalesIQ, and Zoho Marketing Automation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho Deluge scripting, API integrations, and customization of Zoho modules.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
