Job Description

Provides clean audio narration for approved video scripts. Duties include:

  • Maintain consistent pacing, clarity, and tone during recording

  • Ensure pronunciation accuracy for names, terminology, and technical language

  • Review scripts before recording and flag lines that sound unnatural when spoken aloud

  • Report readability concerns or phrasing issues to the writing team before final recording

  • Deliver clean audio recordings free from background noise or distortion

  • Submit recordings in the required audio format for the video editing team

  • Maintain organized file labeling and version control for narration recordings

You will receive task assignments and guidance from our leadership team weekly or biweekly, based on your personal preference. We ask our volunteers to provide approximately five to ten hours of their time per week while maintaining consistent communication.
