You'll collaborate with Snowball’s YouTube creative team (who’ve scaled channels to 27M+ subscribers and 10B+ views) to produce educational, high-retention content that makes complex AI feel exciting, human, and accessible. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart—someone who loves transforming big ideas into compelling YouTube-native formats.
What You'll DoExecute YouTube-first content strategy that showcases GenSpark's innovative AI technology
Lead the complete production process: scripting, filming, producing, and post-production collaboration
Translate complex AI concepts into content that’s educational, entertaining, and easy to grasp
Collaborate with Genspark’s content, brand, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment
Use performance data and audience insights to inform future content
Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its potential to improve how people access information
5+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, or content creation with a strong portfolio (YouTube experience preferred)
Proven track record of making technical or complex subjects engaging and accessible
Experience creating YouTube-optimized content that balances education with entertainment
Strong project management skills with ability to manage end-to-end production workflows
Comfortable collaborating remotely across distributed teams and time zones
