Snowball is hiring a YouTube Video Editor for Genspark, a fast-growing AI company ($160M+ raised, 13M+ users) building one of the most promising AI agents on the market.

This is a rare chance to get in at the ground floor of a breakout AI startup—and help shape its YouTube presence from day one. You'll bring Genspark’s mission to life through sharp, high-retention editing that makes cutting-edge technology feel accessible, entertaining, and human.

The Opportunity

Everyone wants to work in AI right now—this is your chance to actually do it, at a company that’s pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with agentic AI.

You’ll collaborate with Snowball’s YouTube creative team (who’ve scaled channels to 27M+ subscribers and 10B+ views) to craft polished, high-performing videos that connect with a wide audience. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of pacing, structure, and storytelling—and knows how to elevate a video’s impact through clever editing, tight cuts, and YouTube-native instincts.

What You'll Do
  • Create engaging YouTube edits that effectively communicate complex AI concepts

  • Shape raw footage into compelling narratives that showcase Genspark’s technology and vision

  • Develop visual storytelling techniques that maintain viewer engagement with technical content

  • Ensure brand consistency across all video content

  • Collaborate with producers and Genspark’s internal creative teams

  • Stay current with YouTube best practices and emerging editing trends

What You Bring
  • Curiosity about artificial intelligence and its applications in improving information access

  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio (YouTube experience strongly preferred)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other post-production tools

  • Ability to make technical subjects visually engaging and accessible

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Collaborative approach with openness to feedback and iteration

  • Motion graphics, sound design, and color grading skills are a plus
