That's where you come in. We're looking for a YouTube Video Editor who can produce high-quality, educational talking-head videos.
This is a remote full-time position with a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on video performance. Example video titles you'd be editing include:

Most videos will be 7-15 minutes long with a single camera angle and scene.
Our goal is to consistently post over 400 YouTube videos across 40 channels per month. If you're successful in this position, there could be an opportunity for a fast promotion to an editing team lead role where you're in charge of hiring and managing other editors.
What You'll NeedYou must have past experience editing talking-head educational YouTube videos that have gotten 100k+ views. Please do not apply if you don't have this experience.
Experience editing in high-volume (5+ videos per week).
Must be fluent in English
Experience editing YouTube videos for 1+ years.
Deep knowledge and experience doing retention editing.
Base salary of $40,000 per year
There's a monthly bonus pool based on the profit CourseCareers makes from YouTube each month. You'll get a portion of this bonus based on your contribution. This could range from $0-$5,000+ per month.
