In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Yondr Hub Support Specialist to support our online community network platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, organizing, and maintaining data to ensure our digital community remains up-to-date, accessible, and engaging. They will handle partner inquiries into the Yondr Hub support inbox helping partners get access for themselves and their staff, and onboarding schools who are getting complimentary access for the 25-26 school year.

This is a remote, contract-based role suited for individuals who are highly organized, comfortable working independently, and have strong attention to detail, and experience working directly with customers.

This position will report to the Director of Partner Programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound support requests through the Yondr hub support inbox.

  • Process zero dollar orders and onboard partner schools getting complimentary access for the 25-26 school year.

  • Document support tasks and complementary transactions in our internal CRM

  • Input and update member profiles and identifying tags into the community platform

  • Review and clean existing data for accuracy and consistency

  • Tag and categorize content to improve searchability and user experience

  • Assist with importing/exporting data between systems or spreadsheets

  • Collaborate with internal team members to clarify or verify data as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

  • Provide regular updates on task progress and meet agreed-upon deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with data entry, content management, or similar administrative tasks

  • Some experience in a customer service role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency with online platforms, spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel), and basic web navigation

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with community platforms and CRMs (e.g., Mighty Networks, Salesforce)

  • Experience working with customer relationship management tools

  • Basic understanding of metadata, tagging, or taxonomy structures

  • Prior remote work or freelance/contract experience

  • Associates degree or higher in data, business operations, or related field.

Additional Details:

  • Duration - 3 month contract, with potential for extension

  • Location - remote

  • Compensation - $25/30/hr
