About Aditude:

We're really, really into ad ops tech (really). At Aditude we want to help our publishers maximize revenue and make their lives easier with smarter, faster, more innovative, more customized technology. In 2023, we raised 15 million in Series A funding led by Volition Capital allowing us to add to our team and further our mission of helping publishers do what they do better. With over 1600 sites and apps using our tech, we currently have over 1 trillion ads served to date, and over 1 billion ad impressions daily. With the recent acquisition of Hashtag Labs, we only expect this number to continue to grow exponentially. We are looking for team members who are obsessed with supporting our publishers, who default to action, and who enjoy solving complex problems. If that sounds like you, we are excited to connect!

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a data-driven and analytical Yield Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field who are eager to break into the world of digital media and ad monetization. As a Yield Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in analyzing ad performance data, optimizing inventory yield, and supporting revenue growth strategies across our digital properties.

Some Challenges you’ll tackle:

  • Monitor and analyze ad revenue trends, fill rates, CPMs, and other key monetization metrics.

  • Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders.

  • Support the yield and ad operations teams in identifying revenue optimization opportunities across direct and programmatic channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ad Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure ad inventory is efficiently utilized.

  • Conduct basic forecasting and scenario analysis using historical data and market trends.

  • Document insights and contribute to testing frameworks to improve yield strategies.

The Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large data sets.

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas); familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with how digital advertising works (e.g., ad servers, programmatic advertising, header bidding).

  • Experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager, SSPs, or analytics tools.

  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Feeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box? That’s okay, we’ve felt that way too. Studies have shown women and minorities are less likely to apply unless they meet all qualifications. We encourage you to break the status quo and apply to roles that would make you excited to come to work every day.

Why join Aditude:

  • Salary: In this role, you’ll receive a starting base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 in addition to bonus potential.

  • 100% remote with a global footprint

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Unlimited Time Off + 11 Holidays + Christmas week to recharge

  • Summer Fridays - Works days end at noon

  • Opportunity to join a fast growing technology company!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
