About the Client
An AI company building LLM-powered data enrichment tools that extract precise insights from PDFs, HTML, and images for R&D teams. Founded by experts, the company is dedicated to accelerating research workflows through advanced AI solutions. Its platform enables ML scientists and R&D engineers to generate accurate, explainable outputs more efficiently, reducing time spent on data cleaning and allowing teams to focus on innovation and discovery.

Why does this role exist?
The client is looking for an X (Twitter) Growth Specialist to drive organic, high-quality, high-volume traffic from X to their site and demo funnel. Your mission is to consistently create viral, conversation-starting tweets and threads that resonate with technical audiences, amplify our brand, and convert attention into measurable traffic and qualified interest. You’ll build a repeatable growth engine on X—content, engagement, and creator partnerships.

The Impact you’ll make
Viral Content Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and own an X (Twitter) content strategy.
  • Write scroll-stopping hooks, threads, carousels/images, and lightweight memes that consistently go viral.
  • Translate complex AI/ML concepts and product insights into clear, engaging, high-shareability content.
Audience Growth & Community
  • Run a daily engagement playbook (replies, QTs, DMs, Spaces) to spark conversations and expand reach.
  • Build relationships with relevant creators, communities, and micro-influencers; coordinate amplifications.
  • Activate employee advocacy and founder voices to compound distribution.
Experimentation & Analytics
  • A/B test formats, hooks, posting times, and CTAs; rapidly iterate toward content–market fit.
  • Maintain dashboards for impressions, engagement rate, profile clicks, CTR, and traffic attribution.
  • Use UTM tagging and analytics to link X activity to site sessions, signups, and demo requests.
Traffic & Conversion
  • Design threads and posts with clear CTAs that drive qualified clicks to key landing pages.
  • Collaborate on landing page messaging to improve post-click conversion.
  • Launch lightweight lead magnets or prompts tailored to our technical audience when appropriate.
Brand & Risk Management
  • Keep tone on-brand for a technical audience while remaining conversational and timely.
  • Monitor trends and social listening; navigate sensitive topics and reply dynamics with discretion.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure accuracy when referencing product capabilities or benchmarks.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
  • Demonstrated, repeatable track record of generating viral tweets/threads on X (Twitter)
  • Proven experience in owning X (Twitter) strategy, content creation, engagement, and analytics for a brand (ideally B2B tech/AI).
  • Exceptional English copywriting for hooks, threads, and visuals; ability to simplify technical topics.
Your superpowers are...
  • X-native instincts: trendspotting, timing, reply game, and understanding of the social graph.
  • Growth experimentation: A/B testing, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Storytelling and technical translation: turning complex AI/ML ideas into viral, accessible narratives.
  • Analytics fluency: X Analytics, GA/Attribution tools, UTM discipline, and funnel reporting.
  • Light creative skills: basic image/carousel creation and short-form video/snippet editing for native assets.
  • Relationship-building: creator outreach, community management, and partnership cultivation.
  • Bias to action, ownership, editorial judgment, and strong discretion in public conversations.
WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
You should apply if...
  • You’re obsessed with X (Twitter), live in the replies, and know how to engineer momentum and virality without gimmicks.
  • You love testing ideas fast, learning from the data, and shipping multiple iterations daily.
  • You’re comfortable with technical subject matter and can make it compelling to a broader audience.
  • You’re scrappy, collaborative, and energized by startup pace and accountability to outcomes.
  • You care about quality—high-signal content, ethical growth, and building a credible brand among experts.
What to expect...

Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm Mid East Time
Compensation:
  • $8 per hour

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
