Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Communication
- Lead the roadmap for West Palm Beach delivery, aligning with corporate vision, business objectives and workforce strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates to local leadership, the Office of the CEO and key executive stakeholders.
- Champion an experience that reflects ServiceNow's values and foster productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
End-to-End Program Management & Execution
- Oversee the ramp up and full lifecycle of the West Palm Beach launch program from vision to steady-state operations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability across various workstreams including workplace services, HR, finance, comms, IT, security, global impact and others to ensure program success.
- Establish and drive program milestones and timelines while tracking budgets and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate decision-making and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Operational Readiness & Site Excellence
- Serve as a strategic partner who works closely with the SVP of Global Business Services, corporate real estate, PMO and workplace operations to support and enable local workplace services execution including stakeholder and vendor engagement, construction, interior design and site readiness.
- Facilitate a seamless transition from program delivery to operational launch by orchestrating onsite teams and their various workstreams to deliver an exceptional site experience.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Proven ability in leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with complex dependencies on time and within budget
- Skilled at presenting project updates and facilitating alignment among stakeholders while navigating ambiguity and resolving challenges under tight deadlines
- In-depth experience managing high profile, multi-million-dollar budgets
- Solid background in corporate real estate and construction management, with experience working with interior design firms to develop concepts into functional, scalable environments that translate to brand and culture
- Knowledge of workplace enablement, hybrid work models, and employee experience design
- Skilled in leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments, inspiring confidence and driving outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to tailor messaging to executives, project teams, and employees.
Location Requirement
- This role is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and requires onsite leadership throughout the planning, execution, and launch phases of the new site.
- Relocation support and options can be discussed with the hiring manager for qualified candidates who are not currently located in the area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in strategic program management, corporate operations, or workplace transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale office projects
- Local Expertise: Familiarity with Florida's business, real estate, community and lifestyle environment
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent credentials a plus
- Additional credentials in construction management or interior design are highly desirable
