The Workplace Experience Specialist at Dynatrace plays a crucial role in enhancing the workplace environment to foster employee engagement and drive exceptional business outcomes. This position is part of the global People and Culture Team, focusing on creating a vibrant hybrid work environment that aligns with the company's values. The specialist will ensure compliance with company policies while supporting the local office community and collaborating with the global Workplace Experience team to deliver outstanding employee experiences.

This position will be required to be onsite 5 days/week in our Detroit, Michigan office

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations to welcome visitors and assist them in navigating the office.
  • Ensure the office is vibrant and welcoming, managing office supplies and refreshments.
  • Drive programs that reinforce Dynatrace culture and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the office community in collaboration with the global Workplace Experience team.
  • Create an outstanding onboarding experience for new team members, including local presentations and tours.
  • Support visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite facility services for smooth operations.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration in collaboration with the People Operations Team.
  • Participate in innovative solutions and transformation initiatives with the global People & Culture team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or any higher education degree.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Office Management or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Readiness to take on new responsibilities and drive process improvements.
  • Strong collaboration skills and effective team player.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Project Management related to office management, Monday.com, and culture enhancing practices
  • Experience partnering with teams in multiple countries.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $70K - $80K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
