About the position

The specialist will ensure compliance with company policies while supporting the local office community and collaborating with the global Workplace Experience team to deliver outstanding employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive associate programs that reinforce Dynatrace culture and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the office community in collaboration with the global Workplace Experience team.
- Manage front desk operations to welcome visitors and assist them in navigating the office.
- Ensure the office is vibrant and welcoming, managing office supplies and refreshments.
- Create an outstanding onboarding experience for new team members, including local presentations and tours.
- Support visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite facility services for smooth operations.
- Assist with employee benefits administration in collaboration with the People Operations Team.
- Participate in innovative solutions and transformation initiatives with the global People & Culture team.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or any higher education degree.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Office Management or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Project Management related to office management, office expansion, and culture enhancing practices
- Experience partnering with teams in multiple countries.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
