Job Summary:

Q-Centrix is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team. This will be a very impactful role providing strategic insight into workforce management analysis and data-driven optimization recommendations.

As the Workforce Planning Analyst, you will work closely with the Sr. Director of Workforce Planning & Operational Analytics, serving as a primary point of contact for operations management for research and analytics, workforce utilization, and development of ideal staffing scenarios. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Workforce Planning & Operational Analytics; with strong partnership across operations leadership and other departments as needed.

 Essential Functions:

  • Through the evaluation of multi variable staffing requirements, partner with operations leadership at all levels, Vice President through Senior Management on the formation of staffing plans for clinical team members.
  • Responsible for actioning the scheduling and assignment of resources.
  • Continuous monitoring of the impact of onboarding and staffing strategies actioned which may influence future staffing decision making.
  • Daily monitoring of staffing metrics to ensure timely assignment execution, high utilization of resources and early identification of future staffing risk.
  • Employ creativity to solve resource constraints, trigger cross-training and make recommendations to Senior Management to improve operational efficiency and utilization of resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels for future growth.

Required Abilities, Education, and Skills:

  • 3 to 7 years progressive work experience in an operations management, workforce planning, supply chain, or logistics role.
  • Translate complex data analysis and Excel models into actionable insights for non-analytical stakeholders, actively engaging with management to influence Workforce Planning (WFP) strategies.
  • Undergraduate degree focused on operations management, statistics, or engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex data sets.
  • Strong excel skills.

Preferred Abilities, Education, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and database management technology.

Work environment/Physical Demands: Continuous sitting and fine manipulation.
