Job Overview

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Program Manager, the program coordinator will be responsible for the administration and coordination activities that concern Workforce Development Programs, staff, and clients. Duties include implementation of the overall program goals and objectives, assisting with teaching and training, preparation and monitoring of policies and procedures, interfacing with community collaborators, fiscal management, program operations and logistics, participation in program evaluation and data collection and reporting, and serving as a liaison between community partner and funders. This position ensures compliance with the stated program objectives, as well as meeting program goals as set by the programs’ policies, procedures, standards, reporting requirements, and deadlines.  The coordinator will lead and monitor program performance in meeting program goals, and will assure the compliance of fiscal line-items expenditures and assist with budget development.

Minimum Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in any human services field required.

2. A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience with youth case management services preferred.

3. A minimum of 2 year of planning, executing and implementing programs.

4. Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred. 

Compensation

$27.11 - $33.89 hourly
