As a Workday Project Manager you will:

  • Lead Workday projects of varying size, complexity, and interdependency

  • Collaborate with consultants and client teams to align business requirements with Workday solutions

  • Manage resources, scope, and timelines; identify potential risks and propose solutions; provide thorough and timely communication 

  • Be resourceful, simplify where possible, and deliver with confidence

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Workday HCM project manager or HCM workstream lead

  • Drive to deliver quality solutions, anticipate risks, and meet business objectives – delivering outcomes versus checking items off the project plan

  • Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Workday consulting experience in either an internal/customer or external/partner role

  • Functional experience in human resources or finance

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000.  Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
