About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Developer to join our HR Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday integration technologies including Studio, Extend, APIs, EIB/XSLT, and Core Connector. In this role, you'll architect new solutions, enhance existing integrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to partner teams across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal and external systems using Workday technologies such as Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Workday Web Services.

  • Analyze Workday integration processes and perform updates as needed to enhance business workflows.

  • Troubleshoot & resolve integration issues while communicating with business partners, vendors, & our internal HR technology team.

  • Develop integration reports, manage integration schedules, and regression test integrations with each new Workday release.

  • Evaluate incoming technical requests from stakeholders across the company and provide creative solutions.

  • Independently drive & manage technical projects while coordinating across multiple teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high quality and creative technical solutions.

  • Technical and functional experience in Workday, including deep knowledge of integration technologies.

  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Studio with strong XSLT skills.

  • 2+ years of experience building & maintaining integrations using Workday Extend.

  • Experience building Integrations using SOAP and REST API.

  • Strong understanding of API Integration methodologies.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, & Payroll.

  • Knowledge of integration processes and testing procedures.

  • Report development experience with a background in developing and supporting complex calculated fields.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across different stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience building & maintaining integrations using Workday Orchestrate.

  • Experience building & maintaining API & RAAS integrations between Workday & ServiceNow.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
