We’re seeking a Workday Integration Lead with deep Higher Education experience to own the design, build, and delivery of integrations across a complex campus ecosystem. This role is critical. Universities don’t run on one system, and you’ll be the person making sure Workday talks cleanly and securely to everything else.
You’ll partner closely with functional teams, vendors, and central IT to keep data flowing accurately and on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end integration strategy for Workday implementations in a Higher Ed environment
Design, build, and maintain integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs
Manage integrations with SIS, LMS, payroll vendors, benefits providers, finance systems, and identity platforms
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with FERPA and institutional policies
Coordinate integration testing, troubleshooting, and production cutover
Partner with vendors and system integrators to validate designs and delivery quality
Document integration architecture and support handoff to operations
5+ years of Workday integration experience
Direct Higher Education experience required
Hands-on expertise with Workday integration tools
Experience working with middleware platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft
Strong understanding of data security, access controls, and compliance
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Workday Integration certification
Experience supporting Student, HCM, or Financials integrations
Prior experience in large or multi-campus institutions
