The Opportunity
As a Workday Implementation Consultant - Core HCM Lead - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of Workday product experience
- Workday Services functional certification(s)

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
