  • Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices  
  • Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
  • Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Workday Grants Consultant 
 

As a Workday Grants Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:  

  • Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday FINS product suite 
  • Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies  
  • Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Workday Financials applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration 
  • Scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing Legacy system to new system 
  • Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives  
  • Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates and recommendations  
  • Prioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations 
  • Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice 

We’re looking for someone with:  

  • 1-6 years of recent Workday Certified experience implementing Workday Financials, FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Financial Reporting, and/or Accounting Center 
  • 1-2 large end to end implementations or 3-4 small end to end implementations with a demonstrated deep knowledge of Workday Financials module configuration 
  • Current certification in Workday Financials (Preferred Specialty Certifications: FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Financial Reporting, and/or Accounting Center) 
  • Experience providing functional support for complex integrations and data conversion  
  • Experience developing innovative solutions for industry specific financial challenges within the Workday functionality framework 
  • Previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner  
  • Familiarity with Workday Grants Management module or related financial compliance tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective 
  • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to travel on average 30% to 50% of the time 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective 
  • Creativity, confidence, flexibility and a great sense of humor 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) 

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.

This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
