About this Role
An Invisors Solutions Architect will impact many aspects of how our deals are sold and scoped including:
- Determine the best questions to ask our prospects during the sales process to drive more accurate scoping and driving a solution that is successful for the prospect
- Help continuously evolve how our projects are estimated, provide recommend project timelines, and approach
- Work with our sales and delivery teams to develop and present content for sales presentations which best highlight our approach/differentiators
- Ensure quality in our proposals, providing coverage for delivery in terms of scoping language, and following proper formatting with a consistent voice
Lead and conduct live demos of Workday Financials solutions to prospective Workday customers demonstrating critical Workday functionality to target clients during the pre-sales cycle.
Collaborate on developing marketing material which can be used for newsletters highlighting different Invisors differentiators or offerings.
Participate in developing new offerings Invisors can grow into. As a solutions team member you will be uniquely positioned to understand what the market is asking for. As well as what our delivery organizations unique capabilities/differentiation can address.
Develop tools and work with our delivery teams to improve our sales process and capture our experience across all our accounts to highlight our customer qualifications. Below is a representative list:
- Improve our estimation process
- Update our Proposal Language
- Customer Metrics (Scope, Geographies, Industry, etc.)
- Customer Case Studies
- Unique Solutions (Global Statutory/Industry Specific)
Participate in Advisory Engagements as an expert in Workday Financials to either prepare our customers to embark in their Workday deployment journey if they are not currently on Workday or jump in and help evaluate their current Workday landscape and help roadmap a path towards better leveraging the application and getting the best ROI out of the application.
Relevant skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of functional Workday Financials experience
- Workday Financials Experience is Preferred
- Knowledge of ERP Financial Management Software is Required
- Knowledge in an area of Core Accounting (GL, AR, AP, Budgeting) is Required
- Experience in Pre-sales is Preferred
- Creativeness and Attention to Detail is Required
- Ability to present, communicate, and interact with prospects in a clear, concise, and influential manner is Required
- Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite effectively is Required
