By joining CrossVue you’ll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in:

  • Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices  
  • Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
  • Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

As a Workday Revenue Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our Clients’ Revenue, Grants, and Project Billing processes using the Workday platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in our revenue generation and collection processes. 

 

As a Workday Revenue Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:  

  • Configure and customize the Workday platform to align with the organizations Revenue processes and requirements 

  • Analyze existing Revenue processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization 

  • Lead the implementation of Workday modules related to Contracts, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Cash Management. Integrate these modules seamlessly into existing business processes 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, legal, sales, and IT teams, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with Workday functionalities 

  • Provide training to end-users on Workday functionalities and support ongoing user adoption. Address and resolve issues in a timely manner 

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Workday configurations, integrations, and processes 

  • Stay informed about Workday updates and industry best practices. Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of contract-to-cash processes 

 

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, higher education, and/or accounting 

  • 2+ years of hands-on functional financials experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other ERP financial management systems 

  • Experience implementing Workday modules related to Contracts, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Cash Management preferred 

  • Certification in Workday Financials/Contract to Cash preferred 

  • Proficiency with business processes including; general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts redesign, procure-to-pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order-to-cash 

  • Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements 

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective 

 

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $230,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.

This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
