We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday). The primary area of focus will be Workday Application Management (Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management). You will leverage deep technical and functional process expertise to develop scalable technology solutions for our global workforce.ng

· Use your advanced Workday expertise to build scalable, high-quality solutions on our Workday HCM platform.
· Help us to solve complex business challenges and find new ways of doing things
· Partner with a cross functional team to deliver on big priorities, including strategic initiatives as well as optimization projects that help us to work more efficiently
· Keep up with changes in our evolving landscape by fostering strong relationships with partner teams
· Contribute to projects from end to end - ex. planning, process design, requirements, testing, etc.
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
· BE/M degree in Information Systems or equivalent educational background.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience working in the Workday ecosystem with advanced techno/functional knowledge in the following areas: Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, EIBs and calculated fields. Recent demonstrated experience working on global WD Absence projects is a must.
· Advanced working knowledge of business systems analysis tools and techniques: High level and detailed requirements development, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, etc.
· Excellent verbal & written communication and influencing skills. Comfortable with variety of stakeholders, business and technical, executives as well as end-users.
