Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions within Workday Managed Services. This role focuses on building AI agents that integrate with Workday to enhance HR, Finance, and operational processes, enabling intelligent automation and improved service delivery.

The ideal candidate combines AI engineering expertise with strong Workday integration knowledge and an understanding of enterprise operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and MCP for Workday use cases
  • Build AI-driven experience layers using CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or similar tools
  • Enable scalable AI deployments on AWS or Azure
  • Develop AI assets and integration frameworks supporting AI SDLC
  • Design and implement Workday integrations using Workday APIs and integration tools (Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP)
  • Work with Workday data structures (HCM, Finance) for context-aware AI solutions
  • Integrate AI agents with incident/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to deliver solutions
  • Support automation of service requests, diagnostics, and operational workflows

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in AI/LLM development and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, MCP)
  • Experience building AI agent interfaces and experience layers
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure for AI workloads
  • Proficiency in Workday technologies:
    • Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
    • Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
    • Workday HCM and/or Financials data models
  • Understanding of Workday managed services and operations
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong cross-domain problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building AI solutions for Workday or HR/Finance platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation in enterprise workflows
  • Exposure to enterprise AI governance and security practices
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments

  • AI agents seamlessly integrated with Workday processes
  • Improved service efficiency and reduced manual effort in operations
