About this Role

Duties and Responsibilities: 

An Invisors Architect must: 

  • Have developed the project, industry, and Workday experience to guide project scope and design commitments with a client.   

  • Be a partner for the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for planning a project's adaptive area. 

  • Proactively work with other areas of the project to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges.  An Adaptive Architect will not simply advocate for the adaptive workstream but instead will look to develop the best solution for the project, client, and Invisors overall. 

  • Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects.   

  • Be prepared to serve as the Adaptive Area Architect for projects. 

  • Read the room and tailor approach appropriately and can deliver difficult messages effectively.  

 

Relevant skills and experience: 

  • 3+ Years of Workday Adaptive and/or 5-8 of Industry Experience 

  • Experience implementing or administering Adaptive Planning - Adaptive certified is ideal 

  • Budgeting and forecasting experience related to expense, personnel, revenue, capital, cash flow and balance sheet planning 

  • Experience with enterprise planning software and/or financial application software desired
