Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and digital communication tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
