Role Overview
- There are web designers who create beautiful mockups. Then there are web designers who can take that beautiful mock-up and actually make it work in WordPress. We’re looking for the second kind.

- You’ll sit comfortably where design meets execution—creating wireframes and polished interfaces, then building them into responsive, functional web experiences yourself.
- Because a page shouldn’t just look good in the design file. It needs to work beautifully where it counts: on the actual website.
- Your focus will be creating experiences that are visually polished, usable, accessible, responsive, SEO-conscious, and designed with conversion in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design website pages and landing pages.

- Apply UI/UX principles to website structure, navigation, and page layouts.
- Incorporate accessibility and usability considerations into designs.
- Create conversion-focused layouts that support enquiries, bookings, or purchases.
- Apply SEO-friendly design principles.
- Collaborate with developers, SEO, content, and marketing teams.
- Manage design requirements across multiple brands and projects.
- Contribute new design ideas and stay current with web design practices.
