We're seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our marketing web properties. You'll be responsible for creating high-converting landing pages, maintaining our website infrastructure, and implementing best practices for SEO and conversion rate optimization. This role is critical to our demand generation efforts and brand presence. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for design and user experience, and understands how technical implementation impacts marketing performance.


What You'll Do


Website Development & Maintenance

• Build and launch new WordPress websites and landing pages for product launches, campaigns, and events
• Maintain and update existing web properties across our portfolio
• Perform regular plugin, theme, and WordPress core updates to ensure security and performance
• Implement responsive designs that work flawlessly across all devices and browsers
• Create dedicated landing pages for email campaigns, PPC campaigns, and ABM initiatives

Performance Optimization

• Collaborate with SEO team to implement technical on-page optimization
• Work on ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve lead generation
• Optimize site speed, performance, and scalability
• Conduct A/B testing to improve page performance and user engagement
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site health

Technical Implementation

• Integrate marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred, or similar platforms)
• Implement tracking codes for Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion pixels
• Set up and maintain forms, CTAs, and lead capture mechanisms
• Ensure website security through regular updates and security best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end and back-end issues

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with marketing managers, designers, content creators, and demand generation team
• Translate marketing requirements and design mockups into functional web pages
• Stay current with WordPress community developments and emerging web technologies
• Explore AI-powered tools and automation to streamline development workflows


Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience (portfolio required)
• Proficiency with page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
• Understanding of DNS, hosting environments, and WordPress infrastructure
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control
• Experience with WP Engine or similar managed WordPress hosting

Marketing Technology

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices and implementation
• Familiarity with common WordPress plugins: Yoast SEO, Wordfence, CookieYes, WPForms, etc.
• Experience integrating marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Understanding of conversion tracking and analytics implementation
