$17.50/hr starting pay with opportunity to increase pay to $19.25/hr within 60 days. No experience required. We provide full-time paid training! Role starts full-time on-site with ability to work hybrid (1-2 days) after 60 days!

- Serve as the voice of Boost Mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services
- Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback
- Become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base
