Job Title: Wholesale Marketing Manager
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid or Remote options available)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
As the Wholesale Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and collateral that support our retail and wholesale partners. This includes trade promotions, in-store merchandising, retailer marketing support, and shopper-facing programs that drive sell-through. You'll collaborate closely with the sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure our wholesale partners are equipped with the tools and campaigns they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute trade and shopper marketing programs to support sell-in and sell-through at key retail accounts.
  • Develop and manage retail marketing materials, including product displays, shelf talkers, signage, and POP kits.
  • Coordinate retailer-specific campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility and product velocity.
  • Partner with sales to understand account needs and deliver custom marketing support.
  • Manage wholesale marketing calendar and timelines, ensuring alignment with product launches and promotional periods.
  • Work with creative and brand teams to develop assets aligned with brand guidelines and retail partner specifications.
  • Track and analyze performance of trade marketing initiatives and shopper programs; report results and insights.
  • Support the development of wholesale sales enablement tools, including product one-pagers, sell sheets, and training materials.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners’ marketing teams and act as a key point of contact for marketing support.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or wholesale marketing in a CPG, retail, or DTC company.
  • Proven success in planning and executing retailer campaigns, promotions, and in-store programs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with creative teams or agencies to develop print and digital marketing assets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer products.
