Wellness Sales Enablement Lead
 

We’re on the lookout for a Wellness Sales Enablement Lead to supercharge our sales effectiveness, training, and strategy execution in our growing wellness services! In this role, you’ll: 

  • Be the go-to expert, bridging the gap between sales teams, product specialists, and industry trends—making sure our teams are fully equipped to spot opportunities, craft compelling pitches, and close deals in the Wellness space 

  • Play a key role in shaping sales enablement content, training programs, competitive positioning strategies, and objection-handling techniques, all while working hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and operations to fuel business growth 

  • Directly contribute to increasing sales revenue by ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and strategies to position our Wellness solutions with clarity and confidence, leading to higher close rates
     

Responsibilities: 
 

Subject Matter Expertise & Industry Insights:
 

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Wellness services and adjacent services (e.g., Trust & Safety, Healthcare), advising sales teams on industry trends, pain points, and competitive landscapes.

  • Maintain and continuously update a centralized knowledge hub with the latest Wellness trends, best practices, and competitive insights

  • Represent TaskUs at industry events, webinars, and client meetings, delivering expert insights on T&S topics and showcasing our unique value proposition in front of key stakeholders

Sales Enablement & Content Development

  • Develop engaging, ready-to-use sales materials including websites, pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, playbooks, and one-pagers that showcase the value of Wellness solutions

  • Align T&S sales enablement efforts with TaskUs’ growth objectives and sales KPIs will be a critical part of your success in this role

  • Create industry-specific sales enablement kits to equip sales teams with the right messaging and insights across verticals like healthcare, social media, marketplaces, gaming, fintech, and e-commerce

  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop client-facing thought leadership content, highlighting our Wellness expertise.

  • Translate complex Wellness concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging (addressing pain points, goals) making it easier for sales teams to communicate with prospects
     

Sales Support & Deal Strategy:

  • Support RFP/RFI responses with tailored Wellness strategies that address client-specific challenges and operational efficiencies

  • Join client calls, sales pitches, and RFP discussions as the in-house T&S expert to strengthen credibility and influence decision-making

  • Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to streamline the sales cycle and accelerate deal conversions
     

Driving Deal Closure & Sales Acceleration:

  • Actively support sales teams in chasing and closing T&S deals, ensuring momentum is maintained throughout the sales cycle

  • Monitor deal progress, follow up with stakeholders, and provide real-time support to overcome objections and close deals faster
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in a sales, business development, or sales enablement role, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or technology services industry.

  • 10+ years of strong subject matter expertise in wellness services and a deep understanding of industry trends, pain points, and competitive landscapes. Experience with related fields like Trust & Safety, Healthcare, or adjacent services.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs that directly led to increased sales revenue and higher close rates.

  • Passion about advocating for employee psychological health and wellbeing, and understanding of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics in Wellness solutions

  • Flexibility with work hours to support client meetings or senior-level visits across geographical locations and time zones

  • Strong project management skills to mobilize teams to meet critical milestones and deadlines

  • Superior strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, with a strong emphasis on listening skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education and background in psychology, or related fields.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry

  • Experience in a BPO setting
