The User Generated Content Associate will curate content, analyze data, schedule promotions, communicate with stakeholders, and engage with social media for WEBTOON's CANVAS series.

The User Generated Content Associate will assist with content curation, product communications, social media assistance, and promotion efforts for the User Generate Series on WEBTOON (CANVAS Series). You must be interested in storytelling, visual, and self-motivated.
Essential Duties:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Review and read series on WEBTOON CANVAS
- Quantitative data analysis
- Develop weekly content scheduling for on platform promotions
- Work with internal stakeholders in developing and refining programming to improve creator and reader experience
- Interdepartmental communication on upcoming product changes
- Keep up with trends/viral content so that it can be adapted to WEBTOON CANVAS Social channels
- Create and execute new ideas for social engagement
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Assist with a broad set of activities that support WEBTOON CANVAS development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
- Quantitative data analysis experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with technology: Experience using, Airtable, MS Office (Excel), Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Culturally aware of trends and pop culture in United States
- Interested in stories and comics
- Graphic Design skills a plus
- Korean language skills a plus
