WEBTOON is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of high-impact, cross-channel campaigns that drive readership, engagement, and user growth on the platform. This role will focus on marketing specific titles, promoting platform features, and creating thematic campaigns that connect with our audience in authentic, compelling ways.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative strategist and creative problem solver with a deep understanding of audience-driven marketing. They thrive in a cross-functional environment and excel at connecting insights, creative storytelling, and execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key titles, seasonal or themed initiatives, and platform features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Editorial, Operations, Growth Marketing, Social, PR, Engagement Marketing, and Creative—to ensure campaigns are cohesive, timely, and audience-centric.
  • Oversee campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless rollout.
  • Champion new ideas and creative approaches for engaging readers and driving fandom around WEBTOON’s titles and platform.

Key Responsibilities: Audience Insights

  • Partner with Strategy team to identify audience trends, behaviors, and preferences that inform campaign strategies.
  • Develop and manage market research projects, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Use data and performance metrics to optimize ongoing campaigns and refine future strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a key connector between Creative, Marketing and PR teams to align messaging and goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure campaigns reflect both brand positioning and creator/reader community needs.
  • Foster collaboration and open communication across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or related roles, ideally in entertainment, publishing, digital content, or consumer tech.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-channel campaigns that drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Strong ability to interpret research and audience insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with experience overseeing complex campaigns and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing market research to inform campaign strategies.
  • Experience in entertainment, comics, gaming, or fan-driven communities.
