We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Specialist to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports for WEBTOON - Wattpad Ads business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, with the ability to translate business requirements into insightful visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms, Excel, etc.) into Power BI.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security in BI solutions.
- Provide training and documentation to business users for self-service BI adoption.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
- Proven experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning in Power BI.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) or other cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker) is a plus.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience on Salesforce integration
