We are looking for a strategic, passionate, and hands-on Manager to manage 360-degree marketing programs for our WEBTOON products within our WEBTOON Consumer Goods division. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, you will work primarily on WEBTOON Unscrolled imprint and merch lines, consulting as needed for our various licensees in their GTM windows. You will contribute to all aspects of marketing planning from solicitation through to consumer outreach. This is a high-impact role where you will play a key role in shaping the WEBTOON Consumer Goods business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for our WEBTOON Unscrolled and WEBTOON Merch product lines to include:
- Creating full-scale marketing plans
- Building copy docs and creative briefs
- Identifying and creating sales material and promo item needs
- Outlining key goals and targets for advertising campaigns
- Leading efforts for performance marketing / Meta campaigns
- Prioritize and provide input into influencer activations and mailings
- Launching and growing a WEBTOON Consumer Goods social media handle
- Planning and implementing unique social media and/or live event opportunities for our creators timed to their product launches
- Managing marketing budgets
- Properly managing time and resources across competing priorities
- Keep all end of month KPIs, performance, influencer, sentiment metrics updated
- Presenting marketing and publicity efforts during Sales Conferences
- Participating in our seasonal (virtual) Influencer Preview events (2x per year)
- Regularly update sales, internal staff, and creators on marketing efforts

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, project, and budget management
- Strong planning skills and proactive approach to keeping projects moving forward
- A flexible, approachable attitude with creative problem-solving skills and collaborative approach to challenges
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in both creating and implementing full-scale marketing campaigns – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves if needed
- Strong eye for design and strong copywriting skills
- University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
