What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist with the Wattpad Books and W by Wattpad Books social media handles, collaborating with the Marketing team on content planning and scheduling
Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content that promotes audience interaction and increases audience presence
Act as the face of our social media accounts in video content as needed
Analyze and report on audience information, demographics, and success of existing social media campaigns
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
Work with the team to expand the WWBG Influencer program and drafting content for our quarterly newsletter
Create sales materials as needed (sell sheets, simple pitch decks)
Assist with Publicity (press releases and trade review submissions) as needed
What we're looking for:
A reader who has thoughts on what you read and can define who else will want to read what you just discovered and why
A passion for social media and finding unique ways to use the medium to promote books and authors
Ability to work collaboratively
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, plus attention to detail
Strong copywriting skills, intermediate design skills (experience using programs like Photoshop & Canva considered an asset)
A willingness to be on camera/face-forward (TikToks/Reels + moderating Lives with our authors)
