- Oversee the content review process to ensure new uploads meet policy standards before publication.
- Lead the team responsible for reviewing original or localized content balancing compliance and creative freedom.
- Deliver training and clear guidance to ensure policies are applied consistently and fairly across teams.
- Lead decision-making and escalation on sensitive or controversial content cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Legal, Product, and Content) to address risks without undermining creative or reader experience, and represent the company in responding to inquiries or challenges from external bodies such as regulators, industry associations, or advocacy groups.
- Lead and develop a team of brand safety specialists, fostering a culture of thoughtful and consistent decision-making.
- Drive alignment on policy by clearly communicating decisions and rationale through documentation, training, and regular updates to stakeholders, while serving as a point of contact for external organizations raising concerns about our content guidelines.
