The Ads Safety Policy and Operations, Sr. Specialist/Manager will be instrumental in establishing advertising standards to safeguard the integrity of our community's experience. This role requires collaboration with advertising, product, legal, and trust & safety teams to formulate policies and devise innovative solutions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate self-motivation, leveraging technical expertise, user insights, and proactive communication to uphold the highest possible quality and safety standards for our community.
This role is hybrid in our Los Angeles, CA.
Essential Duties:
- Independently manage and implement policy updates regarding ads moderation.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with internal guidelines and standards for ads moderation.
- Remain current on platform policies, advertising trends, and emerging online risks to inform moderation strategy.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and policy teams to ensure consistent application of ad policies and provide feedback for improvements.
- Evaluate and assess opportunities and potential risks to business operations related to advertisements on WEBTOON.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or policy and ad operations
- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience with ad products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of intellectual curiosity.
