The IT Budget & Procurement Coordinator is responsible for analyzing IT needs and translating them into budget and procurement plans for WEBTOON's affiliates. This role includes managing IT budget development, tracking, forecasting, and reporting, as well as overseeing the IT procurement cycle for hardware, software, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to optimize IT spending, ensure timely delivery of resources, and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Essential Duties:

  • Analyze IT needs, translating them into budget and procurement plans for WEBTOON's affiliates.
  • Manage IT budget development, tracking, forecasting, and reporting, including periodic user access reviews to ensure accurate license management, optimize software spending, and maintain compliance.
  • Oversee IT procurement cycle (hardware, software, services), including vendor negotiation. Support IT projects by coordinating procurement activities, managing budgets related to project purchases, and ensuring timely delivery of necessary hardware, software, and services.
  • Communicate effectively with Korean vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with IT asset management and support IT projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fi eld preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
  • Proven IT procurement/budget management experience (3 years preferred).
  • Essential: Fluency in Korean & English (written & spoken).
  • Strong IT hardware/software knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
