[WEBTOON] Investor Relations Manager

With a dual reporting line to the Chief of Staff and the SVP of Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Manager will be a key member of the Investor Relations team and will support a broad range of processes. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic. The individual must be an independent thinker with the ability to multitask and work on several key projects at a given time. They have an extremely high attention to detail, excellent judgment and integrity, and possess good project management skills to drive projects to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Investor Engagement & Communication:
• Create exceptional first impressions for investors through professional and effective communication.
• Respond to and prioritize investor inquiries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Support the development of clear and compelling investor messaging aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Assist in the preparation and management of earnings releases, Q&A drafts, and leadership scripts.
• Financial Reporting & Analytics:
• Prepare timely reports for senior leadership, including stock performance analysis, peer benchmarking, analyst research, investor feedback, and consensus Model(based on the analyst Model) updates.
• Monitor analyst coverage, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform IR strategy.
• Revenue and profitability forecasting aligned with External Model 
• Ad- Hoc analysis based on the COO/CFO, VP of IR and Chief of Staff’s request 
• Investor Materials Development:
• Design, maintain, and improve investor relations presentations and collateral.
• Help manage and update the Investor Relations section of the corporate website.
• Event Planning & Logistics:
• Organize and execute investor engagement activities, including conferences, roadshows, and small group meetings.
• Manage event logistics, including briefing materials and deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Build strong relationships with key internal teams (finance, legal, marketing, communications, etc.) to enhance understanding and execution of company initiatives.
• Support ad hoc projects, strategic finance initiatives, and other analysis as needed.
• Vendor & Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, equity analysis, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, valuation methods, and analysts' models.
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills, paired with strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in financial statement analysis, with high attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid project and time management abilities, with a knack for managing up effectively.
• Possesses a self-starter mentality and the ability to operate with minimal guidance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
