The Campaign Manager will execute and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention, analyze performance, and champion a data-driven approach to lifecycle marketing.

WEBTOON is seeking a hands-on Campaign Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to execute and optimize CRM campaigns that deepen user engagement across the customer journey—from onboarding through long-term retention. This role will own day-to-day CRM execution across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS, partnering closely with Product to translate roadmap priorities and in-app experiences into high-performing lifecycle programs.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer with experience building and running lifecycle/CRM campaigns in digital media, publishing, or subscription-based businesses. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver targeted, personalized experiences that drive content consumption, increase repeat usage, and strengthen loyalty within WEBTOON’s community.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the lifecycle marketing strategy to maximize engagement, retention, and long-term user value.
- Develop data-driven segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies that deepen user relationships and fuel growth.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach, using experimentation to optimize messaging, cadence, and creative across channels.
- Evaluate lifecycle performance, track KPIs, and make recommendations for maximum business impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- Build the lifecycle marketing strategy to maximize engagement, retention, and long-term user value.
- Set up, QA, and deploy email/push/in-app campaigns, including one-time ad hoc sends, triggered programs, and complex multichannel journeys.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach, using experimentation to optimize messaging, triggers, and cadence across channels.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to implement personalized and automated programs at scale.
- Analyze and evaluate lifecycle performance, track KPIs, and make recommendations for maximum business impact.
- Establish a cross-channel messaging policy and in-app technical system to maintain consistency and prevent overlap or user fatigue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience using Braze for in-app or email campaign deployment.
- Experience with Liquid language for personalized messaging.
- Experience in entertainment, comics, gaming, or fan-driven communities.
- Belongs to or has deep understanding of pop-culture fandoms such as comics, K-pop, gaming, etc.
