We’re looking for a marketing intern who can support with creator, title, and partnership marketing campaigns as well as experiential activations at major fan events. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and tuned into pop culture. You will work with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Social, Creative, PR, Content, and more.
**This is a paid internship position**
* 20-29 hour work week that’s flexible with your schedule. College graduates are preferred.
* Hybrid program that runs for 6 months. Our office is based in Los Angeles, California.

Essential Duties:
- Support the Brand & Partnerships Marketing team in managing asset trafficking and approvals for content, creator, and partnership marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Content, and Marketing) and external partners to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of campaign materials.
- Assist in researching partnership opportunities, emerging brands, and trends that align with WEBTOON’s audience and brand values.
- Track and compile campaign performance data, reporting on key metrics and learnings for ongoing and completed activations.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation, asset trackers, and approval logs.
- Help brainstorm and contribute ideas for brand collaborations and promotional initiatives that elevate WEBTOON’s brand, drive user acquisition, and boost social media engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
- Deeply engaged in WEBTOON, entertainment, pop culture, and fandom – especially within comics, manga, anime, and gaming.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and executing multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- A proactive communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious and analytical, with an interest in learning how brand partnerships and marketing campaigns come to life.
