Overview

We know that webinars are one of the best ways to provide incisive thought leadership, product deep dives, and customer spotlights to audiences of all segments and awareness levels across the world. We are seeking a skilled, insightful Webinar Programs Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring webinars are deployed and positioned in a compelling, consistent, and recognizable way to our market, ultimately helping drive both new business and current customer engagement. A successful candidate will have strong content ideation and project management skills with a keen eye for detail and an insatiable urge to continuously improve results.

The Program Manager will work collaboratively across a cross-functional team including Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, and Product while orchestrating multiple webinars, roundtables, and panels for offices across the world. The webinar program focuses on deliverability and execution of the full webinar process, from conception to execution. A key function of your role is to deliver a best-in-class webinar experience for our global audience while testing topics and messaging to ensure maximal registration and attendance.

Responsibilities

As a Webinar Manager, you will:

  • Own the program and be responsible for its success including attendance, engagement, quality, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to select and schedule high impact webinar topics, presenters, and registration campaigns, including promotional emails, landing page copy, and follow up.
  • Maintain/augment webinar pages to keep them up to date.
  • Work with internal and external designers to help bring webinar assets to life, providing review, and feedback.
  • Work with sales to identify and showcase customer panels, and with comms and marketing to identify and showcase compelling third-party thought leadership.
  • Measure and report on consumption and conversion objectives for webinar programs.
  • Create thoughtful, measurable ROI metrics, data insight, and course adjustments for webinar campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B content marketing, ideally focused on webinar-type programs.
  • Exceptionally strong writing and content ideation abilities (marketing copy that engages, motivates, and creates action across various touchpoints such as email and web content).
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.
  • Experience owning content projects end-to-end, from concept through development, with a demonstrated ability to have exceptional attention to detail and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, while also being an excellent communicator and project manager.

Please note that this role is based in San Mateo, CA

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
