About Us

Evertech is a product development company that helps US-based startups and enterprises launch innovative products and scale their engineering teams. We specialize in product development, staff augmentation and AI-driven tech solutions, working with fast-growing companies that need to move quickly without compromising quality. Our globally distributed team includes talent with experience at companies like Amazon, Google, Uber and we work with both VC-backed startups and established US enterprises.

Our Values (read before applying)

We move fast, take ownership, and expect everyone to think like a product builder, not just an executor. We value people who treat projects as their own, sweat the details, and take responsibility for the quality of their work. Curiosity, creativity, and accountability are non-negotiable. We use AI and smart tools to amplify output, but the judgment, care, and ownership come from you. No bureaucracy, no fluff, just impact, learning, and growth with a team that has your back.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer to own the build and maintenance of high-quality websites for Evertech and our clients. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life, ensure technical scalability, and deliver polished, responsive, and performant websites. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for projects, from initial setup to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain responsive websites in Webflow based on provided Figma designs
  • Implement animations, interactions, and CMS collections
  • Optimize for SEO, LLMs, performance, and accessibility
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and marketers to deliver projects on time
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
  • Stay updated with Webflow updates, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience with Webflow (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS basics)
  • Experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom embeds
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and site performance optimization
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design and marketing teams
  • A product-minded approach, thinking not just about building but about user experience and outcomes
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other no-code/low-code tools (Framer, Bubble, Airtable, Zapier)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, or conversion tracking
  • Graphic design (Canva) or motion design skills
  • Experience in startup environments

Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Remote-first culture with flexible working hours
  • Work with leading US-based marketing teams, startups and enterprises
  • A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where your impact is visible
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement
  • Supportive team that values creativity, ownership, and smart problem-solving

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
