Description

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, Webflow-native builder to help build the foundation for monday.com’s scalable Webflow infrastructure.

This isn’t just about executing pages—it’s about shaping how we build for the web at scale.

The role includes close collaboration with designers, suggesting smarter solutions, and implementing pixel-perfect, responsive, and performance-optimized experiences. The ideal candidate will build pages that align with our brand’s design system, while keeping everything structured, maintainable, and scalable behind the scenes.

About The Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Build Webflow pages and templates with scalability and performance in mind
  • Implement layouts that align with our design system and visual guidelines
  • Collaborate with designers to translate high-fidelity designs into Webflow
  • Suggest smarter ways to structure, animate, and deliver content
  • Create reusable components and systems across domains and locales
  • Work with SEO, content, and analytics teams to ensure technical excellence
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and iterate based on testing and feedback
  • Help shape internal Webflow standards and best practices

Requirements

You Should Have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Webflow experience, including CMS, interactions, animations, and custom code
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and DOM structure (semantic tags, unique IDs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the Webflow ecosystem (Client-First, Finsweet, Relume, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a pixel-perfect mindset
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and cross-device behavior
  • Experience working with embedded custom code and third-party libraries
  • Awareness of performance best practices (lazy loading, image optimization)
  • Understanding of accessibility and SEO fundamentals
  • Curiosity, independence, and a drive to improve tools and workflows

Bonus Points:

  • JavaScript proficiency and experience connecting Webflow with APIs
  • Experience working in scale-up environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with headless CMS, low-code solutions, or animation libraries
  • Experience working with design systems or building internal workflows

Bottom line?

If you want to be part of transforming the way teams and businesses work together globally, monday.com is your place. The work is challenging, the pace is fast, and the people are exceptionally brilliant. And if that’s not enough, we guarantee your ideas will genuinely make an impact.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
