About the Role

Serotonin is seeking recent graduates or similar with a strong passion for web3, eager to dive into the world of web3 marketing. These Associates will participate in this 16-month rotational program where you'll rotate between 4 x 4 month rotations across key areas of marketing: PR & Events Content & Social Growth Marketing Brand Positioning/Strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive marketing experience across disciplines and work closely with senior executives, including all the partners and the CEO. You’ll take on a variety of tasks, including: driving process improvements, achieving successful business outcomes for client campaigns, and supporting your team with strategic client initiatives. Your performance will be managed by our General Partner & Head of People, ensuring you receive comprehensive guidance and feedback throughout your journey with Serotonin. The ultimate goal of this program is for these Associates to be promoted into a Manager level role within a discipline. This program does not guarantee placement; however, strong performance may result in a job offer before the program concludes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Serotonin Marketing Executives: Support their client work by actively engaging in client relationships and contributing to strategic projects with significant scopes.
  • Manage Account Operations: Oversee project management tasks including: document management, timelines, resource allocation, vendor management, and profitability analysis for the agency's top clients.
  • Serve as a Key Point of Contact: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the holistic marketing department, executive leadership, and clients.
  • Support in Client Deliverables: Assist Serotonin executives in the creation of client deliverables.
  • Prepare for Client Interactions: Brief and prepare key executives for upcoming client meetings and events, and take comprehensive notes during these meetings.
  • Optimize Processes: Continuously improve current processes and methods to enhance Serotonin's overall effectiveness.
  • Innovate Across Teams: Collaborate across teams to discover and implement innovative solutions and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: 0-2+ years of professional experience in client services operations within marketing, or customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in cultivating and growing professional relationships over time.
  • Interest with Leadership: Interest working with executive leadership and building leadership skills. 
  • Brief Preparation: Proficiency in preparing and presenting concise, detailed briefs for both internal and external audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and collaboration.
